CNC Tube Bending

Morrisons CNC tube bending machines have the capability to bend tube from 4mm to 32mm diameter, in left and right hand bends in the same cycle. CNC tube bending from coils of Zista or Copper, 4mm and 8mm diameter.

All of our machines are linked to a tube bending data measuring system, giving a high degree of quality control with 3D measuring, enabling Morrisons to input data from drawings or by measuring a sample component.

The compensated measuring programme can be downloaded directly to the CNC tube bender. After a component inspection, the bend programme if necessary, is automatically amended with the required corrections to produce a component to its exact envelope tolerance.

We have the facility to manufacture prototypes and On-Off pipes with our CNC tube bending machines.
