Morrisons CNC tube bending machines have the capability to bend tube from 4mm to 50mm diameter, in left and right hand bends in the same cycle.
Tube bending is from coils of Steel Bundy Tube or Copper, 4mm and 8mm diameter.
All of our CNC machines are linked to a tube bending data measuring system (CMM), giving a high degree of quality control with 3D measuring, enabling Morrisons to input data from drawings or by measuring a sample component.
The compensated measuring programme can be downloaded directly to the tube bender. After a component inspection, the bend programme if necessary, is automatically amended with the required corrections to produce a component to its exact envelope tolerance.
We have the facility to manufacture prototypes and One-Off pipes with our tube bending machines.
